The Practice has a positive, welcoming ethos, I have always been treated with courtesy and understanding and in an appropriate manner. I like the telephone triage system, I find it very reassuring to know that I will be contacted within a couple of hours if I have a problem. Likewise the on-line appointment and prescription request system. I think it would be useful to have better directions to the website.

prompt service. No longer so busy. Got to see the doctor I wanted(although booked in advance.) Doctor didn't rush me and was attentive, respectful and sympathetic. Offered on going care.

I am a reasonably new patient at this surgery and have been very very impressed by the care given to me when I needed to attend a doctor recently. From registering to date the receptionists and staff have all been very helpful, kind and approachable. There is a great feeling of care. The patients are really made to feel they matter and that the practice is there for them even if they are under pressure. Thank you!

Excellent practice. All the doctors and staff (I've seen/ met) have been friendly and have provided excellent healthcare and advice. It is a very accessible surgery to go for appointments, and is very pleasant from an aesthetic perspective. Fantastic.
